This Sunday, I went to Bandung to drive my sister who work there. I wake up very early because I need to go to church before departing to Bandung. As a result, I really feel sleepy in the afternoon, and I desperately need some coffee. My sister then recommends KrangKring, which she thinks is a great place for Nangkring (Hang out).

I was looking around the old posts in my blog, and I’ve just realized that I haven’t posted my trip to Padang -my father’s hometown. So here it is. It is 1 year late, but it’s better late than never, right?

It’s been a while since me and my family went to Bandung. We have planned to go there since a few months ago, but because of my sister’s wedding, we delayed the trip until last October.

Since the beginning of the year, My high school friends and I have tried to plan a vacation trip, from a trip to Lombok, Bali, Jogja, etc. Finally, we made a decision, and the destination goes to……. Tidung Island, in Thousand Island, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Jakarta is well known as a metropolitan city. Shopping malls, cafe, and restaurants are the top entertainment spots in town. And then my friend and I thought, “Isn’t there a zoo called Ragunan in South Jakarta? Is it, or we’re just daydreaming here?” And to find the answer, we decided to start this journey we never thought exists in our life.
